Materials and methods A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted on 62 patients with erectile dysfunction diagnosed and treated with Tadalafil 10 mg on demand if there is no improvement after 3 times of taking the drug we increase the dose to 20mg. Results 62 men patients were conducted in the study in which the average age was 44 67 12 16 years old. The age group 40-59 years old accounted for the highest rate of 54 8 . The degree of mild erectile dysfunction accounted for 53 2 moderate accounts for 32 3 and heavy accounts for 14 5 . Good treatment results accounted for 69 4 16 1 on average no improvement accounted for 14 5 . Conclusion Tadalafil is an effective treatment for most groups of patients with mild to severe ED. Group of mild ED the dose of Tadalafil 10mg is optimal group of moderate and severe ED the dose of Tadalafil 20mg is optimal Keywords Erectile dysfunction Tadalafil.
