Subjects and research methods 88 NOA patients had been taken micro TESE at the Military Institute of Clinical Embryology - Military Medical Academy from 5 2017 - 12 2019. These patients were divided into 2 groups group 1 included 41 patients taking Khang Bao Tu 10 capsules per day for at least 3 months Group 2 consisted of 47 patients without taking Khang Bao Tu. After taking the drugs the patients were conducted micro TESE. Results There was no difference in clinical endocrine and histopathological characteristics in the 2 study groups There was a difference in Johnsen score between the two groups p lt . The number of spermatozoa in the group using Khang Bao Tu was significantly higher than in the group without taking drugs p lt . Conclusion Khang Bao Tu capsules increased the number of spermatids inside the testes compared with the untreated group the rate of sperm collection by micro TESE method after taking Khang Bao Tu capsule was .
