A cross sectional descriptive study by directing observation community pharmacist who are working at 279 private pharmacies in Cu Chi district from Nov-2020 to Jun-2021 then collecting results including their characteristics and transaction results based on playing the role of customer with soar throat symtom scenario. Surveying 317 community pharmacists there is gender difference between male Female with the ratio 1 average age years old the majority of pharmacist are from college degrees to lower . Regarding to transaction results pharmacist sold combined dose drugs of which pharmacist agents self prescribing antibiotics with combing 2 or more antibiotics. In addition they use pain relievers anti inflammatory steroids gastric protectors and some other drugs. The factors related to the decision to supply drugs of pharmacist include gender seniority of experience level of self updating of professional knowledge and age. This study has shown that community pharmacists and pharmacies perform GPP principle that are loosely. Therefore it is necessary to improve knowledge especially about antibiotics for community pharmacist and people in addition to promote management policies to improve the strict implementation of GPP principles.
