Methods Research and analysis of case series reports at HCMC Oncology Hospital from March 1 2020 to August 31 2020. Descriptive statistics and Pearson regression analysis to find the correlation between satisfaction with psychosocial needs of patients and family members of patients. Results There are 31 samples eligible to participate in the survey with at least 2 home visits. Symptoms that most home care patients need to control include pain insomnia constipation shortness of breath nausea vomiting - . The psychological and social needs of patients and their families are really important and necessary are met. The home care program has controlled quite well the unpleasant symptoms that the patient complains about. Satisfy psychosocial needs of patients and their families is also focused on improving professionally and effectively compared to previous studies. Patients and their families are more satisfied with home care services reaching 100 . Keywords Paliiative care home care cancer patients family members quality of life satisfaction.
