Most cases occur in children. Manifestations may include pulmonary infiltrates bone damage rash and dysfunctions of the liver blood-forming and endocrine organs. Diagnosis is based on biopsy. Poor prognostic factors include lt age 2 years and multi-organ symptoms involving the hematopoietic system liver spleen or combination. Treatments include chemotherapy or local treatment with surgery or radiation therapy based on the extent of the disease. LCH has an incidence of 1 in 50 000 to 1 in 200 000 children in children accounting for 5 to 8 children per 1 million children. We refered the 3 cases diagnosed with LCH with temporal bone lesions at the Department of Otolaryngology National Hospital of Pediatrics. Keywords Langerhans cell histiocytosis LCH children.
