Purposes The study was conducted based on the ability to measure the patient s listening level and related factors before performing coronary angiography and interventional procedures at the Endovascular Intervention Unit University of medicine and pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh city. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from October 2022 to February 2023 using the modified with the Vietnamese version of the PITI questionnaire on 240 patients from 18 years old and over pre-catching circuit interventions at the Endovascular Intervention Unit. Results The rate of patients anxiety before coronary intervention was 48 3 . Marital status occupation education income hospital admission and surgical experience information on anesthesia methods procedure performed cost and the waiting time for the procedure were related to the patient s anxiety p0 1 . Conclusion Half of the patient got anxiety before coronary intervention. Attention should be paid to providing adequate information on psychological support solutions for patients who apply the group of single foggy or divorced low-income first-time hospitalized and inexperienced surgical.
