tailieunhanh - Effects of growth-promoting bacteria on growth, yield and nutritional value of collard plants

Our study revealed that plant growth promoting bacteria improve collard vegetative growth, pigment contents, nutritional values and mineral contents. The application of AP-303 bacterial strain (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum) in the media exhibited the highest values of most tested parameters as compared with the untreated plants. | Annals of Agricultural Sciences 65 2020 77 82 Contents lists available at ScienceDirect Annals of Agricultural Sciences journal homepage locate aoas Effects of growth-promoting bacteria on growth yield and nutritional value of collard plants . The current study was done during 2017 and 2018 winter seasons on collard Brassica Available online 5 February 2020 oleracea var. acephala cv Georgia from Brassicaceae family to study the effect of biofertilization using four Keywords bacterial strains of PGPB Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria . The studied bacterial strains include Serratia Biofertlization marcescens AP-4 Pseudomonas poae AP-19 Plantibacter flavus AP-21 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. Bacterial strains plantarum AP-303 compared with the control plants. The effects of four PGPB strains on vegetative growth Collard yield and mineral content were tabulated. Results revealed that the treatment with AP-303 produced the highest Growth significant values of plant height number of leaves and leaf areas in both seasons. The highest yield was obtained Yield from AP-303 .
