Variable clinical manifestations bring troubles to the general and neuraxial anesthesia, including mental retardation, facial dysmorphisms, structural cardiovascular anomalies, scoliosis, and malignant hyperthermia. Until now, the anesthesia management for cesarean section in these patients has not been reported yet. |
