tailieunhanh - Tình hình đề kháng kháng sinh của phế cầu và kết quả điều trị viêm phổi do phế cầu ở trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương

Phế cầu là nguyên nhân gây viêm phổi hay gặp nhất ở trẻ em. Phế cầu kháng kháng sinh ngày càng tăng. Chúng tôi nghiên cứu đề tài này nhằm xác định tình hình đề kháng kháng sinh của phế cầu và kết quả điều trị viêm phổi do phế cầu ở trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. | Journal of Pediatric Research and Practice Vol. 5 No. 4 2021 27-34 Research Paper Antibiotic Resistance of Streptococcus Pneumoniae and Treatment Results Pneumococcal Pneumonia in Children at the Vietnam National Children s Hospital Nguyen Dang Quyet1 Dao Minh Tuan1 Bui Quang Phuc2 Truong Thi Viet Nga1 1 Vietnam National Children s Hospital 18 879 La Thanh Dong Da Hanoi Vietnam 2 National Institute of Malariology Parasitology and Entomology 34 Trung Van Nam Tu Liem Hanoi Vietnam Received 30 July 2021 Revised 2 August 2021 Accepted 15 August 2021 Abstract Objectives Pneumonia is a common respiratory and life-threatening disease in pediatrics. Bacteria is an important cause of pneumonia in children of which Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumococcus is the most common cause in children under 5 years of age. However Streptococcus pneumoniae S. Pneumoniae showed remarkably high resistance to commonly used antibiotics. The aim of our study was to estimate the prevalence of S. pneumoniae antibiotic resistance and the results of treatment among patients suffering from pneumonia caused by S. pneumoniae in Vietnam National Children s Hospital. Method We studied 169 in-patients suffering from pneumonia caused by S. pneumoniae at the age from 1 month to 15 years old in the Respiratory Center of our hospital from September 2015 to December 2018. Results This study revealed a high rate of antibiotic resistance in S. pneumoniae isolated from children in our Respiratory Center. High resistance to macrolides gt 95 cotrimoxazole 90 clindamycin penicillin V were noted. S. pneumoniae was less susceptible to penicillin 56 1 were non-susceptible to penicillin G were susceptible to cefotaxime and 62 were susceptible to ceftriaxone. However S. pneumoniae was still 95 susceptible to amoxicillin 100 susceptible to rifampycin linezolid vancomycin and ofloxacin. Moreover S. pneumoniae was resistant to levofloxacin. Streptococcus pneumoniae multi-drug resistance was accounted for .
