The results showed that UGT1A1 6 variant is present in Family 1 Member A1 UGT1A1 homozygous and heterozygous genotypes with frequencies of n 21 and n 3 respectively. The allele frequency UGT1A gene of the UGT1A1 26 variant was which was small compared UGT1A1 6 with the wild type allele 1 . The data obtained from the study contribute to an effective cancer treatment solution using the drug irinotecan.
