tailieunhanh - Evaluation of formulations through testing the Bioefficacy of selected Trichoderma Isolate against S. rolfsii

The collar rot caused by Sclerotium rolfsii is an important fungal pathogen in chickpea root disease complex causing serious losses. In the present study, efforts were made to prepare and test the bioefficacy of eight solid formulations and three liquid formulations against chickpea collar rot (In vitro and In vivo). The results indicated that, among all the eight solid substrates used, talc powder formulation was found to be the best carrier material to retain and support maximum propagules of Trichoderma compared to the remaining carriers. |
