The study becomes much more reliable if a good degree of correspondence is observed between various genetic estimates over filial generations. Further, extent of heterosis will have direct effect on breeding methodology in varietal improvement programmes. Therefore, keeping aforesaid considerations in view, present study was undertaken in soybean to evaluate, identification and selection of better nutritional quality genotypes. |
