The present study was undertaken from 30/6/11 – 14/8/12 to know the Bacterial, and Mycological profile profile and drug susceptibility patterns in children suffering from pneumonias. Sputa (expectorated and induced) and Pleural fluid were collected from 113 cases and processed by conventional methods. Antibiotic sensitivity testing of these isolates was done as per CLSI guidelines. |
