Bài viết được thực hiện nhằm chỉ ra những tồn tại trong bố trí lao động tại lò chợ vỉa than 11. The solutions to overcome the problems are i Complete the calculation of the number of employees considering the specific production conditions and the number of auxiliary workers ii Re-arrange labor in manual auxiliary production to reduce labours iii Recalculate the direct labor productivity assigned to the 11th long wall.
