tailieunhanh - Effect of carbon, nitrogen and vitamins on epidemiological components of sheath blight of rice caused by Rhizoctonia solani Kühn

The rice crop is affected by various biotic and abiotic stresses. The fungal diseases come under major biotic stress, among fungal diseases sheath blight of rice is one of the major threat for cultivation of rice crops. The sheath blight pathogen (Rhizoctonia solani Kühn) is being affected by different sources of nutrients. In this regards, six carbon, eight nitrogen and eight vitamin source were screened against R. solani causing sheath blight of rice. | 2020 9 7 1325-1332 International Journal of Current Microbiology and Applied Sciences ISSN 2319-7706 Volume 9 Number 7 2020 Journal homepage http Original Research Article https Effect of Carbon Nitrogen and Vitamins on Epidemiological Components of Sheath Blight of Rice caused by Rhizoctonia solani Kühn Shiv Murti1 Ramji Singh1 Mehi Lal2 Sorabh Chaudhary2 Santosh Kumar3 Amarendra Kumar3 Yashpal Singh1 and Moh Ali1 1 Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology Modipuram Meerut -250110 . The fungal diseases come under major biotic stress among fungal diseases sheath blight of rice is one of the major Keywords threat for cultivation of rice crops. The sheath blight pathogen Rhizoctonia solani Kühn is being affected by different sources of nutrients. In this regards six carbon eight Rice Sheath blight nitrogen and eight vitamin source were screened against R. solani causing sheath blight of Micronutrients rice. Among the carbon sources maximum number of sheath blight lesions largest size of Rhizoctonia solani sheath blight lesion were recorded when rice plants were inoculated with the inoculums Pathogenicity grown on the medium supplemented with sucrose fructose amp lactose together as carbon Article Info source. Among the nitrogen sources significantly highest level of disease severity was recorded when the R. solani inoculums were provided with urea as a source Accepted of nitrogen followed by calcium nitrate . In case of Vitamins highest level of 14 June 2020 disease severity was recorded due to Thiamine followed by the .
