tailieunhanh - Prevalence of extended-spectrum β-Lactamases in uropathogenic klebsiella pneumoniae and characterization of the bla genes in a tertiary care centre

Urinary tract Infections caused by extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL), producing Klebsiella pneumoniae are on a rise all over the world with high morbidity and mortality. This study was carried out to determine the presence of TEM, SHV and CTX-M genes in extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) producing Klebsiella pneumoniae. A total of 300 Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were collected and identified using traditional culturing and biochemical tests. | Prevalence of extended-spectrum β-Lactamases in uropathogenic klebsiella pneumoniae and characterization of the bla genes in a tertiary care centre
