A study was conducted during the period, August 2009 to July 2010 for identification of the ova of gastrointestinal parasites of cattle of Wayanad district, Kerala. Bovine faecal samples (n= 860) were collected from all the 25 panchayaths of district. Ova of strongyle () and amphistomes () were the most prevalent followed by strongyloides (), moniezia () trichurid () and schistosoma ().
