The main objectives of the study are to identify whether environmental attitude and health consciousness create positive and significant impact on healthy food related lifestyle. Finally to check whether healthy food related lifestyle creates positive and significant impact on Attitudes toward Packed Ready to Heat and Eat Food Products. The sample size for the study is 480 by adopting purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from selected malls in Bangalore city. The result of this study shows that two hypotheses were accepted and one hypothesis is rejected. Key words Healthy Food Related Life Styles Environmental Attitude Health Consciousness.
