Different types of cereal grains . maize, sorghum, bajra, wheat and paddy were taken to see their effect on spawn development and Different substrates . wheat straw, paddy straw, mustard straw, sesamum straw and pigeon pea straw significantly influenced the spawn run period, pinhead initiation and yield of H. ulmarius.
