The present investigation was undertaken to study the effect of elevated temperature and increased CO2 levels on biochemical and hormonal parameters of Tharparkar and Karan Fries heifers. The experiment was carried out in a climatic chamber. The animals of both breeds were exposed at different temperature and CO2 levels. Exposure conditions of 250C, 400 ppm CO2 level and 60% RH was taken as control condition. The exposure conditions 400C with two levels of CO2 500 ppm and 600 ppm with RH 55±5% and exposure conditions 420C with two levels of CO2 500 ppm and 600 ppm with RH 55±5% were taken as treatments.
