Floristic studies play an important role in assessing of plant biodiversity, conservation and sustainable management of ecosystem resources. Therefore, this study tried to determine the floristic composition and socio-economic importance of the Poaceaeflora in the commune of Aguié and Mayahi. We used plot method based on systematic random sampling technique to inventory gramineae species within the parklands in August and September 2012. The grass flora of the two communes is composed of 45 species, divided into 27 genera and 8 tribes in 106 relevés. | Floristic composition of grass species in the parklands of the commune of Aguié and Mayahi Niger West Africa
