Shaik Mohamed Research Supervisor PG amp Research Department of Commerce Jamal Mohamed College Autonomous Trichy ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the various knowledge management practices KMP and its influence on Organisational Performance OP in the engineering organization. The study has been undertaken with an aim to examine the role of knowledge management practices in enhancing the performance of an organization. A sample of 125 engineers were drawn using structured questionnaire. The responses were analysed using a statistical technique viz. Partial Least Square -Path Modelling PLS-PM . The results of the analysis revealed that Knowledge Management Practices such as Knowledge Diagnosing Knowledge Acquisition Knowledge Generation Knowledge Sharing Knowledge Storing Knowledge Application have significant effect on financial non-financial and operational performance of the organization.
