tailieunhanh - Use case 3: post accidental site remediation CEA

This paper is dedicated to the sampling strategy for use case 3 (UC3) about contaminated soils, in the context of post-incidental remediation of a site. For this use case, the constraint environment comes from the difficulty to collect samples beneath a building on the one hand and the fact that samples were collected in the past with no possibility for additional samples. | Use case 3 post accidental site remediation CEA EPJ Nuclear Sci. Within the H2020 INSIDER project the main objective of work package 3 WP3 is to draft a sampling guide for initial nuclear site characterization in constraint environments before decommissioning based on a statistical approach. This paper is dedicated to the sampling strategy for use case 3 UC3 about contaminated soils in the context of post-incidental remediation of a site. For this use case the constraint environment comes from the difficulty to collect samples beneath a building on the one hand and the fact that samples were collected in the past with no possibility for additional samples. This task has been initiated by gathering prior knowledge for the contaminated site and analysing the available dataset historical assessment available data from non-destructive and destructive analyses . 1 Introduction Within task the strategy is thoroughly tested in practice within three different test cases this task has been The EURATOM work program project INSIDER was initiated by gathering prior knowledge for each test case launched in June 2017 18 partners from 10 European historical assessment available data from non-destruc- countries . It aims at improving the management of tive and destructive analyses and developing the different contaminated materials arising from decommissioning and sampling plans dismantling D amp D operations by proposing an integrated use case 1 .
