A field experiment was laid out to evaluate effect of spacing and nipping time in different sowing time of chickpea at Agriculture Instructional cum Research Farm, IGKV, Raipur, Chhattisgarh during two consecutive winter seasons of 2016-17 and 2017-18 with four sowing time (First week of November, Third week of November, First week of December and Third week of December), three spacing (30x20, 40x20 and 50x20 cm) and three nipping time (No nipping, Nipping at 30 days, Nipping at 40 days).
