tailieunhanh - Development and optimization of mild steel biogas plant for utilizing paddy straw residue

The main objective of this research is to convert the waste paddy straw collected from farm fields after harvesting into useful biogas generation. For this, a newly designed paddy straw plant is developed and fabricated to utilize quintals of paddy straw to produce biogas for domestic purposes and an alternative to the LPG cylinder for Indian families. Due to favorable climatic conditions of the northern region of India; the plant was developed as a batch system to fulfill the cooking needs. The main source for a plant, paddy straw husks, collected from fields, which further used to produce biogas by anaerobic digestion in the absence of oxygen. The developed paddy straw plant helped to produce bioenergy and upcoming renewable sources of energy. It helps in the reduction of air pollution and other diseases caused by burning. The height of the developed plant is feet with stand placed on the ground along with cylindrical of paddy straw and 25% cow dung was used that produced kg biogas for 3 months, which is equivalent to LPG cylinders. At last a system was developed and attached at the bottom of a plant for removal of slurry which can be used for manure. | Development and optimization of mild steel biogas plant for utilizing paddy straw residue
