INTRODUCTION Gender is an issue that has attracted the attention of many researchers in the world and in Vietnam because of its great impact on human life. However in Vietnam gender development is a complex sensitive issue and less researched. Researches mentioning this issue are still fragmentary incommensurate with the importance of the issue and there is no model of in-depth theoretical research in psychology.
