tailieunhanh - Isolation and evaluation of Ganoderma lucidum from Uttarakhand, India

Ganoderma lucidum a species of class Basidiomycetes, belongs to the family polyporaceae (Ganodermataceae) of the order Aphyllophorales is one of the most popular medicinal mushrooms. Different isolates were collected, cultured and identified on the basis of basidiocarp and basidiospore morphology. The cultures of different isolates were studied for their radial growth at different media, temperature and pH. The study depicted that Malt extract agar media, temperature range of 25-35°C and acidic pH were conducive for the mycelial growth of all Ganoderma lucidum isolates. | Isolation and evaluation of Ganoderma lucidum from Uttarakhand, India
