Effect of different temperature, pH levels, and light intensity were tested against the growth of Alternaria solani under in vitro conditions. Mycelium growth and sporulation of Alternaria solani was significantly influenced with temperature. Maximum colony growth was recorded at 25oC followed by 30oC and minimum colony growth was recorded at 40oC.
