Serum gonadotropin @50 and 100IU/ml, estrodiol-17β @ and 1μg/ml, EBS @5 and 10% and BFF @5 and 10% supplementation Iis done on cleavage rate of buffalo oocytes for the comparison of efficacy of hormones. Ovaries were collected from buffaloes slaughtered at local abattoir.
