In the present study, mean performance of genotypes, based on growth and yield attributing traits of genotypes viz., DCC 5 ( g), DCC 38 ( g) and DCC 32 ( g), followed by DCC 28 ( g), DCC 35 ( g), DCC 21 ( g) and DCC 23 () were identified as high yielding leafy types. Whereas, DCC 5 ( g), DCC 38 ( g), DCC 23 ( g), DCC 35 ( g), DCC 39 ( g) and DCC 21 ( g) recorded the maximum dry herbage yield during the whole season.
