Methods In this study we constructed YB1 knockdown stable renal cell carcinoma RCC cell line 786-0. The gene expression profile of 786-0 was performed by DNA microarray analysis to identify genes that were regulated by YB1. Real-time PCR and western blotting were used to test the genes and proteins expression. .
