Kết quả của 3 mô hình sản xuất ở huyện Hoài Đức, Hà Nội: Hoa, cây cảnh (Yên Sở, Minh Khai), rau an toàn (Tiền Yên) và vườn trại (Song Phương, Đắc Sở) cho thấy hiệu quả kinh tế, xã hội và môi trường của các mô hình này rất lớn. Study on growth and flower diversity of single petal tuberose clones (Polianthes tuberosa L.) irradiated with Co60 gamma rays by tissue culture Dao Thi Tuyet Thanh, Le Thi Ngoc Quy, Nguyen Bao Toan Abstract The results showed that irradiating at the different doses by 60Co gamma source had effects on the number of shoots, leaves and tubes of single tuberose clones cv. single (Polianthes tuberosa). In general, by increasing the irradiation doses, the number of shoots, leaves and tubes was decreased, except the dose of 25 Gy. Besides, there was an increase in the number of petals at the same spike when exposed 25 Gy dose. The frequencies of flowers which had 7 petals were 28, 10, 12 % and 8 petals were 15; 56; 14% when irradiated with 15; 25; 30 Gy, respectively. At the 15 and 5 Gy radiation doses, there were some abnormal phenotypic variations of leaves and flowers such as some leaves having white streak on the edges and all flowers were unscented and .
