Data were collected and analyzed by STATA . Results and conclusion: The average cost of laparoscopic and open appendectomy according to case payment in 2012 (3, thousand VND and 2, thousand VND) lower than fee for services in 2013 (6, thousand VND and 5, thousand VND), the difference was statistically significant with p , among which supplies and other components were different with p ).
