Key Words: Anise populations, Pimpinella anisum, essential oil content, essential oil composition, trans-anethole Türk Anason Populasyonlar›n›n Uçucu Ya¤ Miktar› ve Bilefliminin De¤iflimi Özet: Bu araflt›rma, Ankara Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü ve G›da Mühendisli¤i Bölümü laboratuvarlar›nda yürütülmüfltür. Farkl› anason üretim yörelerinden toplanan 29 tohum örne¤i araflt›rma materyali olarak kullan›lm›fl ve bunlar›n uçucu ya¤ miktar› ve bileflenleri belirlenmifltir. Araflt›rma sonuçlar›na göre anason populasyonlar›n›n uçucu ya¤ oranlar› % aras›nda de¤iflmifltir. Uçucu ya¤lar›n ana bilefleni olan trans–anetol oran› % – aras›nda de¤iflim göstermifltir. Uçucu ya¤ içeri¤i bak›m›ndan 8 ve 22 numaral› populasyonlar, trans-anetol için 26 nolu populasyon önerilmifltir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Anason .
