The development of SMEs in the handicraft villages, traditional handicraft villages not only serves to create jobs but also contributing for the preservation, conservation of traditional cultural values in the handicraft villages, traditional handicraft villages of the province. However, at present, production and business activities of SMEs in the handicraft villages of Bac Ninh province have met difficulties and limitations which restrict the level of human resources.
