This is an unchangeable trend predicted to make enormous transformations of all the fields of the society, “fundamentally changing the way we live, work, and relate to one another” (Schwab, 2016a), accordingly creating many challenges and opportunities. Education, among other fields, must confront and pioneer in this revolution for the human resource plays an important and dominant role; the product of education must best meet the requirements of operating the economy in the Industrial Revolution . To overcome the challenges and take full advantages of the opportunities expected in this revolution, educational administrators must understand and grasp the principles of this revolution to best adapt to it now. Vietnam higher education must actively change with daring and effective solutions right now.
