Lấy máu định lƣợng nồng độ glucose, cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglycerid và xác định hoạt độ enzym lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatinin kinase (CK), creatinin kinase MB (CKMB). Kết quả: hoạt độ enzym CK, CKMB tăng cao sau phẫu thuật sau đó giảm về mức bình thƣờng sau 4 ngày điều trị; nồng độ glucose máu tăng trên mức bình thƣờng (9 mmol/l) sau 3 giờ phẫu thuật, sau đó giảm dần nhƣng luôn cao hơn giới hạn bình thƣờng. Các chỉ số đánh giá lipid máu giảm ở thời điểm 3 giờ sau phẫu thuật, sau đó tăng dần theo thời gian. Nhƣ vậy, có sự rối loạn một số chỉ số hóa sinh máu sau phẫu thuật ghép tim. Changes in blood biochemical parameters in Vietnamese first heart transplant patient SUmmary The authors conducted monitoring of changes in blood biochemical parameters. Get quantitative blood glucose, cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglycerides levels and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), and creatine kinase-MB (CKMB). Results: The activity of CK, CKMB increased after heart transplantation and that decreased after 4 days. Blood glucose levels increased after three hours of surgery and then gradually decreased but always higher than normal references. The indicators lipid reduced in the time of 3 hours after surgery and then gradually increased over time. There was a disorder of some biochemical parameters after heart transplantation.
