The biomass production was greatest at 25 °C. In general, biomass production was greatest in media containing an addition of glucose or fructose; however, bacterial inhibition production was reduced by elevated sugars in mCDB over a 4-wk incubation period. Farkl› S›cakl›k, Süre, pH ve fieker Varl›¤›nda Baz› Fungus Metabolitlerinin Biyolojik Ölçüm Metodu ile Belirlenmesi Özet: Bu çal›flmada, modifiye Czapek Dox buyyonda, Fusarium equiseti, Penicillium italicum, Penicillium digitatum, Aspergillus candidus ve Aspergillus parasiticus ekstraktlar›n›n farkl› s›cakl›k (6, 15, 25 °C), inkübasyon süresi (4 hafta), pH (, , ), glukoz ve fruktoz (% , , ) içeren ortamda Bacillus megaterium DSM 32’nin geliflmesinin engellenmesi ve biyomas oluflumu incelendi. Biyomas miktar›n›n 25 °C’de en fazla oldu¤u belirlendi. Genel olarak biyomas oluflumu % glukoz ve % fruktoz içeren ortamda daha fazla bulundu.
