The highest level of gibberellic acid ( mg/l) production was obtained in nutrient broth when the bacteria culture was incubated at 30 °C for 72 h at pH 7 on rotary shaker and in the dark. En yüksek Gibberellik asit üretim seviyesi (285,06 mg/l), 30 °C’de, 72 saat, pH 7’de çalkalamal› shaker’da ve karanl›kta nutrient broth’daki bakteri kültüründe elde edilmifltir.
