Mangrove ecosystem is one of the ecosystems with high biological diversity, the important role in natural environmental protection of coastal areas, limiting shoreline erosion, salinization. Moreover, mangrove ecosystems create residential livelihoods, form traditional handicraft village and conserve the typical cultural values of coastal residential area. With the economic development and urbanization, many coastal areas have been affected strongly and have changed the coastal area’s natural environment, thus, mangrove area severely reduced in 1943 - ha, 2006 - ha (Phan Hong Ly, 2006). Many coastal rural areas have traditional production and cultural lifestyle closely associated with wetland ecosystems and mangrove forests are lost. In the trend of integration, sea economic development era, conservation of regional cultural values, especially coastal inhabitants culture, will motivate economic development and maintain peace defence and security.
