Subjects and methods: 84 patients with primary knee OA were divided into 2 groups: 42 patients were treated by autologous adipose stem cell (AASC), 42 patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate. A descriptive cross-sectional, randomized controlled study was created to evaluate the cartilage restoration on MRI of AASC group compared with control group.
