INTRODUCTION Colon cancer is a common disease in the world, especially in Western Europe and Northern America. Colon cancer is the second frequent type of gastrointestinal cancer in Vietnam. The majority of colon cancer is epithelial carcinomas which progresses more slowly and is metastasized later than other cancer types; therefore, early diagnosis and radical treatment can bring good prognosis.
