The changes in certain ciliate species were demonstrated by biotesting of the influence of various concentrations of drillinig water, crude oil and drillinig muds on these ciliates. Abşeron Yarımadasının Petrol ve Petrol Ürünleri ile Kirlenmiş ve Kirlenmemiş Topraklarında Serbest Yaşayan Siliatları Özet: Bu çalışmada serbest yaşayan Siliatların tür terkibine, sayısına ve onların topluluklarının kuruluşuna acı sularının, şlamının ve ham petrolun 5 yıl arzinda incelenmiş bulgulardan bahsediliyor. Silatiatların şaguli istigametde paylanması, kirlenmiş ve kirlenmemiş topraklarda yerleşdirilmiş steril toprak monolitlerinde colonization prosesinin sonuçları verilmiştir. Bazı Siliat türlerinin yaşama kabiliyetinin ve fizyolojik parametrelerininin değişiklenmesini incelemekle, acı sularının, şlamının ve ham petrol çeşitli konsantrasyonlarının toksik etkisi derecesi araştırılmıştır.
