Reduce them in size and place them so that they surround the center of the flower in the center of the image. Next make a couple more reduced copies of the paths and place them on either side of this central pair creating a nice cluster of circular paths. Press the U key to access the Ellipse tool. In the Tool Options bar select the Custom Shape option. And then in the Custom Shape Preset picker choose the Flower 5 Shape preset.
