Populasyonunda ‹zoenzim Çeflitlili¤inin Belirlenmesi Özet: Bu çal›flmada, izoenzim analizleri yoluyla Cedrus libani .’in dört farkl› populasyonunda genetik varyasyon belirlendi. Tohumun haploit difli gametofitik dokusundan özütlenen 12 enzim sistemine ait izoenzimler, yatay niflasta jel elektroforezi tekni¤i kullan›larak ayr›ld›. ‹ncelenen 12 enzim sisteminde toplam 16 lokus ve 37 allel gözlendi. Populasyonlarda polimorfik lokuslar›n oran› % ile % aras›nda de¤iflmektedir. Her bir populasyonda her bir lokus için ortalama allel say›s› olarak bulundu.
