Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của độ mặn tới sinh trưởng và điều hòa áp suất thẩm thấu của cá Sặc rằn (Trichogaster pestoralis) được thực hiện tại khoa Thủy sản Trường Đại học Cần Thơ. Nghiên cứu bao gồm hai thí nghiệm: (i) nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của độ mặn tới sinh trưởng và tỷ lệ sống của cá Sặc rằn và (ii) sự điều hòa áp suất thẩm thầu cùa cá sặc rằn giống ở độ mặn khác nhau. The research including two experiments i researching the effects of salinity on growth and ii the osmoregulation of Snakeskin gouramy fingerling stage. The results showed that in the first two week growth offish of control treatment was higher than other treatments fish and significantly differences p . In the 3rd week showed the higher in weight offish at control and 5 and 7 treatment and g fish was not significantly differences p but significantly differences p with others. Growth offish at 5 and 13 were not significant differences p but significantly differed with others. At the final 4 weeks growth offish in weight at control treatment 5 and 7 treatment were higher and g fish and differed significantly with others p . Results from researching osmoregulation shown that osmoregulation offish and water increase with salinity isotonic of Snakeskin gouramy with enviroment in 12 345 67 mOsm and 348 33 mOsm osmoregulation of control was 266 83 mOsm differed with others but higher than osmoregulation of freshwater. No difference of Osmoregulation of fish between 2 and 4 treatment and mOsm and between 6 mOsm and 8 mOsm was also no difference too. But the Osmoregulation offish at 10 and 12 were significantly differed each other mOs and mOsm and with others.
