When applying in person you do not have to complete an application form or send your original documents in the mail. To find the nearest Service Canada Centre visit our Web site servicecanada.gc.ca or call 1 800 206-7218 and select option 3 . Simply gather the document s you need and take them to your nearest Service Canada Centre. Refer to Step 1 for a list of documents required. If everything is in order you will obtain your SIN at the time of your visit. You will receive your card within 10 business days.
