Weyandt, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology at the University of Rhode Island (URI). She is an active member of the University of Rhode Island Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program and faculty member of the George and Anne Ryan Institute for Neuroscience. Professor Weyandt is recognized internationally and nationally as an expert on the assessment and treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles covering an array of clinical neuroscience topics ranging from the use and misuse of prescription stimulants, brain imaging techniques, Tourette’s disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, and executive functions in clinical and non-clinical populations.
